Kelvin Kong founded PARTI in 2016 after working at Foster + Partners in London and BC&A in Hong Kong. Kelvin received his Bachelor of Architecture degree (B. Arch) from Cornell University and his Master in Architecture degree (M. Arch) from Harvard University. During his time at Foster + Partners, he was responsible for some of the largest and most prestigious design projects located in Abu Dhabi, including the zero-carbon Masdar City and the Sheikh Zayed National Museum. After returning to Hong Kong in 2011, Kelvin developed his interior design expertise at BC&A. He is currently a HKIA Member and an ARB Registered Architect in Hong Kong.
